1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website mirvantex.com, owned by Mirvantex S.A.S., intended to provide information about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina.
2. Nature of the information
The published content has an informational and educational purpose. It does not constitute a public offering under Law 27.440 on Productive Financing nor a personalised investment recommendation. Any participation in specific projects is regulated through specific contracts between the parties involved.
3. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site lawfully, respecting Argentine legislation, the rights of third parties and these conditions. Any unauthorised commercial use of the content is prohibited.
4. Risks
All participation in real estate projects involves risks: delays, cost overruns, regulatory changes and variations in asset values, among others. Results depend on the evolution of each project and there are no guarantees of return.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, brands, logos, photographs and other content of the site are the property of Mirvantex S.A.S. or have been legitimately licensed. Any total or partial reproduction requires express authorisation.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you authorise Mirvantex to send you periodic communications about projects, sector news and educational content. You can cancel the subscription whenever you want using the link included in each mailing.
7. Modifications
Mirvantex may modify these terms by publishing the updated version on this site. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
