2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We also obtain technical data related to browsing (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies, always subject to your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, sector news, service improvements and legal communications. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, granted by accepting this policy and submitting the subscription form, under Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of Argentina.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the subscription relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the applicable legal prescription periods. You can request removal at any time by writing to privacidad@mirvantex.com.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and confidentiality of your personal data by sending a request to privacidad@mirvantex.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority, is responsible for handling complaints and claims from those whose rights are affected.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, in line with Resolution 11/2006 of the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data.
